On April 15th, 2025, the Healy Lake Village Council will vote on the adoption of a new Government Code, which will — if passed — update the one adopted June 27th, 2024. Prior to the Council vote, there will be a public comment period scheduled to allow for any tribal member to share their opinion on these changes with the Council and other Tribal Members.

Copies outlining the changes will be available digitally and physically in multiple locations. Digital versions of the drafted Government Code, the list of changes, and a marked-up version of the Government Code will be available here, on the Council website. Digital versions are also available by request by emailing Tribal Administrator Marie Haley at marie.haley@healylake.org

Physical versions of all three documents will also be available physically at the Healy Lake Tribal Hall as well as the Fairbanks Offices.
